On an early morning walk in Balgay park I was intrigued by the moon “in the wrong place”, I usually saw it at night time in that area of the winter sky! However it was not winter it was early summer so I accepted that it must be an “occurrence” that was not unusual and therefor something that I shouldn’t be concerned about!!! I liked the cool pastel colours of the scene and thought it would make a nice painting.
